This diverse network ensures that SAEF remains connected to local realities while engaging with international development discourse.

Our Board of Directors integrates both youth voices and seasoned professionals with expertise across the private, public, and intergovernmental sectors in Canada and beyond, reinforcing governance that is accountable, inclusive, and visionary.

To strengthen localized capacity and economic security, SAEF maintains seven field advisors embedded directly in the countries where our programs are implemented. Their presence guarantees that interventions are community-driven, contextually relevant, and sustainable.

In support of this, the Canada-based team provides organizational leadership through governance, program management, fundraising, and communications, ensuring that SAEF’s global operations remain coordinated and impactful.

Together, this integrated structure reflects SAEF’s identity as a globally anchored yet locally rooted organization, advancing rights-based development across continents.
